Old folks punya cerita...

Pagi tadi mak long ada program CSR dengan sebuah rumah old folks kat PJ. Another charity program by Alumni. Old folks home tu namanya Phyllis Caring Home, memang terletak betui2 tengah bandar PJ. Setibanya kami di sana, lebih kurang pukul 10 pagi kami pun disambut oleh seorang pembantu, katanya owner tempat tu dah keluar. Rasa kekok juga, time masuk2 tu ada la 2 org warga tua yg agak frenly. The rest macam pelik jer nampak kami. Tapi memang kesian, most of them look hopeless. Tak nampak ceria langsung except 2 org yg mak long ckp tadi. Mak long pun tak reti macam mana nk buat diorang ceria sebab diorang mcm tak interested pun nk bercakap huhu.

Ok, tinggalkan diorang ni dulu. Yang frenly sorang tu, namanya Pakcik Lam, tak tanya nama penuh. Dgn pelat utaranya, hampir tak sangka dia ni berbangsa cina. Katanya dia berasal dari Lenggong, Perak. Dah 6 thn dok situ. Yang sorang lagi, auntie, rasanya dah tahap grandma dah berbangsa india. Dia ni mmg peramah sangat. Dia suruh kami duduk dekat2 dia and dia kata "that's better" hehe. Adui..lepas tu dia tanya "Do you know me?" Kami pun dgn serba salah cakap la "Don't know" takkan nk kelentong lak. Tapi yang menyebabkan kami rasa lagi bersalah tu dia leh tanya lagi " You don't know me?" Seolah-olah mcm dia ni somebody yang kita patut kenal. Tiba2, terus dia menyanyi lagu "Glory..glory..halaluya...bla bla...brother john" Aduih! Lagu tu mcm familiar, fikir2 balik tu lagu Man U kekekkke. Cuma lirik jer lain. Kami pun pening juga time tu sebab dia ckp English campur tamil. Dia ada tanya, kami datang dari mana. Kami ckp Cyberjaya. Dia kata dia tak tau. Pastu kami kata dekat Putrajaya tempat Prime Minister, dia ckp " I think I know.." Hehe. Tapi pastu dia tanya lagi kami datang dari mana. Masa tu mmg kompem, grandma ni dah amnesia dah! Kat bawah ni gambar kitorang dgn dia.

Actually one of our plan is to have breakfast with them. Memang dah siap bungkus nasik goreng untuk makan bersama-sama. Bila kami ajak makan diorang kata dah makan, next makan is on 12 pm. Old folks lain2 tu mcm dh tertido-tido time sebab mcm boring kot. So, cancel plan nk mkn tu (padahal lapoonyer) and we decide to leave la since takdak apa lagi nk dibuat. Sebelum tu kami pun ada la kasi sedikit sumbangan 3 in 1 punya drinks sebab katanya diorang ni mmg suka la minum benda2 tu. Pukul 11 pagi, kami pun balik. Mak long dan member2 lain pun singgah Amcorp Mall, pekena brekpes kat situ sebab dh lapar sgt! Anyway, it's a new experience bagi mak long...

Time nak balik dah ni...

Breaking Fast @ The Coast, Alamanda Putrajaya

I was so excited that Sunday evening. Maklum la, lama tak jumpa member2 MBA. Really miss all those good old days with you guys. Most of us already completed the course and struggling with our thesis project right now. Ada jugak yg dah siap .. huhu caya la! Actually gathering ni dah beberapa kali ditunda sebab ramai yg tak dapat dtg before. Finally, everyone agreed to meet on Sept, 30. Reached Alamanda earlier than anyone else, I guessed. Nobody was at the restaurant yet. Sementara nak tunggu semua org datang , pegi la check our reservation dgn waiter kat situ Hmm .. menarik jugak . Nice and strategic location. 15 minutes passed. Started to sms those who'd confirmed to come. Mane sumer org nih? At the end, there were only 5 of us. Me, Kak June, Kak Gee, Maz and wife - Madiha and their little cute baby boy. Huhu kinda of upset but it's ok . We enjoyed the little gathering. Thank you Maz for treating us all :)

Manjalara: The End

Finally, abis jugak citer Manjalara @ TV3 tu . Sapa yang layan tu tau la... hehe . At first, I thought it was like a typical Malay drama yang biasanya stereotype jer jalan citernya . But this one, I have to admit it's quite different walaupun some of the scenes ada gak la yg tak berapa logik . For those yang tak tengok , cerita ni mengisahkan seorang gadis yang plain, sgt chubby and adorable by all people around her known as Manja , suddenly transformed into a beautiful lady, Lara but full of hatred because she believed she was betrayed by her boyfriend. At the same time she was planning a revenge, to defeat her evil aunt, Sahara. Sahara, who was happened to be her boyfriend's mom too, had killed her parents, aunty and all people who tried to protect Manja. At the end, things did not turn as what she had expected. Selain watak Manja , really love to see watak Auntie Zaza . Comel sangat .. notty but sweet! Moral of the story, free yourself from hatred

Women are stupid?

Woo woo..hold on girls. Don't get so emotional. It a question mark, not a statement. This topic actually came out of my head when I was watching Bulletin Utama while having my dinner this evening (Bad habit for those on diet: Eating while watching tv ). A girl, at K. Terengganu wanted to jump from a hotel roof after an argument with her boyfriend. This fellow scolded her for not telling him that she went back to her hometown ( Kes merajuk ler ni lepas kena marah ). Why arr...some women like to do stupid things like this. A 'self- destruction ' I would say. Why did she choose to kill herself instead of killing the guy that broke her heart? Kill him first la, then only kill your self (Ada berani ?). Huhuh ...I'm just kidding guys! Actually my point here is, why do you want to hurt your self. He won't lost anything. He could find another new girl friends. And you? Buried underground. I remember during my school time, my ustaz said, those who committed suicide
